This weeks practice has been extremely intense. Holmgren has been pissed all week. Seahawks will not lose 2 division games in a row. I like the hawks and there hard hitting D.

SF has Seattle's number. This is where the Niners turn around their season and kickstart an offense that should be getting better, but seemed to be getting worse so far this year. With Davis out, Smith will have to finally start using his WRs.
